Donghua Group successfully passed the supervision and audit of AAA measurement management system.
From May 21st to 23rd, the expert group of Zhejiang Branch of Zhongqi Metrology System Certification Co., Ltd. conducted annual supervision and audit on AAA measurement management system of group companies (including Xinghua). As the highest recognition of the certification ability of measurement management system, AAA certification marks that the company system fully meets the requirements of ISO 10012 international standards and continues to provide accurate measurement guarantee for product quality.
During the three-day audit, the audit team audited the Quality Department, Management Department (Human Resources), Technology Center and several business divisions through interviews, on-site observation, on-site questioning, data consulting and random sampling, and mainly reviewed nine key elements and five general elements and the rectification items put forward in the on-site audit of the previous year, focusing on the verification of measurement and the monitoring of key measurement processes. Finally, it passed the audit smoothly, and there were no nonconformities.
At the last audit meeting, the audit experts affirmed the good operation of the company's measurement management system, and pointed out that the conformity verification of measurement equipment verification/calibration results should be judged according to the technical requirements of the products, and the system should be made more detailed, so as to truly serve the enterprises and play a value-added role, and better control the physical quality in the product production process, so that the system operation can meet the actual work needs of the company.
Liao Hangzhou, deputy general manager of the Group, thanked the expert group for their professional guidance at the final meeting of the audit, and stressed that the company would comprehensively improve and upgrade according to the improvement suggestions. Through the audit, the basic work of testing and measurement is constantly consolidated, the testing level is improved, the measurement assurance ability is improved, and the customer requirements are met.
