Problem one: stick-slip phenomenon


It was originally used to press metal chains into rollers. The chain running speed is below 5m / min, and the stick-slip phenomenon has occurred on the chain. In addition, when inspecting the product, the stick-slip phenomenon caused the sensor to malfunction, and the production line was frequently stopped. Workers feel tired and seasick, and the working environment deteriorates. When inspecting the drainage after the leak, only one side of the chain was dripped with water. Compared with the other one, the corrosion was severe and the life was too short.


Solve:


Even if the running speed of the bearing roller conveying chain is below 2m / min, the stick-slip phenomenon will not occur, and it will be carried out smoothly. At the same time, the phenomenon of seasickness of workers is also resolved, which improves the working environment. By suppressing the stick-slip phenomenon, the frequent stoppage of the production line due to the incorrect operation of the sensor is eliminated. Improve the working environment. In addition, the unilateral chain adopts WEBF (water-resistant type), even if it is directly exposed to water during drainage, the life of the chain becomes longer.

Difficult problem two, long hole phenomenon


Because the conveyed material is a paper roll, it cannot be fully refueled. Causes poor roller rotation. The tension of the chain is increased, the chain hole of the chain plate is enlarged, becomes longer ("long hole phenomenon"), and the outer diameter of the S roller is worn.


Solve:


Roller rotates smoothly to reduce chain tension. At the same time, reduce the wear of the outer diameter of the roller, greatly improve the life of the conveyor, and reduce maintenance hours.
