Process For Conveying Chains

1. Quenching: After the parts are heated to a certain temperature in the heat treatment punishment configuration, the parts are kept for a certain time, and then cooled in different media according to the requirements, thereby increasing the hardness of the parts.


2. Carburizing: The parts are placed in a heat treatment punishment configuration to be heated to a certain temperature and kept for a certain time, and then the carbon-containing medium is introduced to infiltrate the carbon into the appearance of the parts to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the chain.


3. Tempering: After quenching, the parts after quenching are heated at a certain temperature in the heat treatment punishment configuration, and the temperature is kept for a certain time and then cooled. The tempering of the parts can reduce the quenching hardness, eliminate the quenching stress and improve the toughness.


4, blackening: accept the principle of polymer organic polymerization, using heat treatment to punish the process of tempering residual heat in the process of film blackening. After blackening, the workpiece has light, corrosion resistance and strong rust resistance; low labor intensity and improved production environment.

6. Blue: After heating the parts to a certain temperature, the chemical aqueous solution is cooled and saponified, so that the appearance color of the parts appears blue. What is not enough is that these chemical aqueous solutions cause great pollution to the environment.


7. Phosphating: The part is immersed in the phosphating solution at a certain temperature to form a phosphating layer on the exterior of the part, which can make the appearance of the part appear black or gray, and improve the chain and achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. These phosphating solutions are recyclable and are less polluting to the environment.


8. Galvanizing: The method of accepting electroplating or electroless galvanizing forms a galvanized layer on the exterior of the part. The galvanized layer can be both elegant and anti-corrosive. Galvanized chains are as common as open spaces.


9. Nickel plating: The method of accepting electroplating or electroless nickel plating, forming a nickel-plated layer on the exterior of the part, the nickel-plated layer can be both elegant and anti-corrosive. Nickel-plated chains are commonly used in open spaces.


10. Oiling: After the oil is transported, the chain can be rusted and more radiant.
