This melting point is high and it is not easy to melt, so increasing the oxygen flow can effectively blow away the cutting slag for the first time, and it will not solidify It can not be cut: the cutting nozzle must be selected before cutting, and the perpendicularity of the cutting nozzle and the workpiece must be adjusted, otherwise the cutting edge slope is large, which affects the cutting quality. At the same time, the necessary pre-cutting should be carried out on the workpiece before cutting heat. If the overall thickness of the sprocket is less than 50mm, it can be clipped and formed at one time; normalizing process can be added after cutting, the grain of the cutting surface can be refined, and the preliminary preparation for quenching and tempering can be made.
