Bearing roller conveyor chains have certain performance requirements when they are used. If they cannot be achieved, it will not only damage the chain itself, but also affect the stroke efficiency of the entire work, as follows:
1. The inner chain link is composed of the inner chain plate and the sleeve. The inner chain plate and the sleeve are connected with interference fit; and the sleeve and the roller are gap fit, and the roller can move freely around the sleeve.
2. The gap is too large, the impact is large; the gap is too small, easy to die, dust accumulation. The outer link is composed of the outer link plate and the pin, which are connected together with an interference fit.
3. The sleeve and the pin are connected with a clearance fit between the inner link and the outer link to form a living hinge. When the chain is bent, the sleeve can move freely around the pin axis, acting as a hinge.
4. Mark the fit dimensional tolerance and important dimensional tolerance. Due to the relative movement of the bearing roller conveyor chain pin and sleeve, sleeve and roller during work, the gap fit is used; since there is no special requirement, the base hole is used; according to the tolerance table, the limit deviation is found and marked.
