Performance Requirements For Bearing Roller Conveyor Chains

IMG_8214_副本-1The bearing roller conveyor chain has certain performance requirements when it is used. If it is not reached, it will not only damage the chain itself, but also affect the stroke efficiency of the whole work, as follows:

1. The inner link is composed of the inner link plate and the sleeve, and the inner link plate and the sleeve are connected by an interference fit; and the sleeve and the roller are matched with each other, and the roller can move freely around the sleeve.

2, the gap is too large, the impact is large; the gap is too small, easy to die, dust accumulation. The outer link consists of an outer link plate and a pin, which are joined together by an interference fit.

3. The inner link and the outer link are connected by a sleeve and a pin with a clearance fit to form a living hinge. When the chain is bent, the sleeve is free to move around the pin and acts as a hinge.

4, labeling with dimensional tolerances, important dimensional tolerances. Since the bearing roller conveyor chain pin and the sleeve, the sleeve and the roller have relative movement during operation, the clearance fit is adopted; since there is no special requirement, the base hole system is adopted; according to the tolerance table, the limit deviation is obtained and marked.
