Common parts of the double-pitch roller conveyor chain include rollers, sleeves, inner key plates, pins, and foreign key plates. There are four common types of connectors, as follows:
1, spring clip type connector
This type of joint is mainly used for small roller chains and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
2, open pin joint
Also known as pin type, mainly used for large chain design above KCM80
3, half eye connector
Different from the normal joint, the inner and outer rings are connected by one chain link, and the joint is adjusted when the odd ring is used. The strength of the half-mesh joint will drop and try not to use it.
4, double pitch half eye connector
The special link for the 25th chain is a joint in which the single-pitch half-mesh joint is integrated with the inner ring.
