There are usually four ways to lubricate chain drives:
I- artificially oiled with oil or oil brush;
II-Drip oil lubrication, use oil cup to drain oil through the oil pipe to the gap between the inner and outer chain plates of the loose side;
III-oil bath lubrication or splash lubrication, using a sealed transmission case, the former chain and sprocket part is immersed in oil, the latter is splashed with a larger diameter oil pan;
IV-oil pump pressure injection lubrication, oil pump continuously supplies oil to the chain through the oil pipe, marketing consultant circulating oil can play the role of lubrication and cooling.
The kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil used in the chain drive is about 20 to 40 mm 2 /s at the operating temperature. Only in places where the speed is very slow and it is not possible to supply oil can it be replaced by grease.
