Donghua held the opening ceremony of "Junma" class in 2023.
On July 12, a group of "steeds" joined Donghua, and these "steeds" were college students in 2023. Donghua held a grand opening ceremony of "Junma" project, attended by Liao Hangzhou, deputy general manager of the group, and senior executives from various departments.
At the opening ceremony, each college student introduced himself, and then set up classes, run for class cadres, and announce the duties of class committees.
The class teacher introduced the training plan for fresh college students, and everyone will participate in two-year intensive training and follow-up training, so that everyone can understand the enterprise as soon as possible and integrate into the enterprise.
Yan Wanfeng, the last senior, sent a message, hoping that everyone will become a responsible employee, think more and more in their work, don't give up easily, ask for advice modestly, do everything well in a down-to-earth manner, and apply the theoretical knowledge learned at school to work practice. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Only by laying a good foundation can we open up our lives.
Finally, Liao Hangzhou, deputy general manager of the group, spoke. He said, first of all, welcome all college students in 2023 to join Donghua, and become a part of our team that adheres to industry, strives for progress pragmatically and develops steadily, and becomes a new force to promote Donghua's innovative development and chain-moving world. I hope that everyone will forge ahead in the new era and new journey, open up a new world in overcoming difficulties and create new achievements in tackling difficulties. Everyone should take Donghua's vision and goal of "the world's leading modern chain drive enterprise" as their own responsibility, enhance Donghua's ability to serve customers, enhance their own ability, live up to the times, live up to their youth, achieve themselves and strengthen Donghua.
