Donghua Group was awarded the 'Benchmarking Enterprise for Enterprise Management in Zhejiang Province'
A few days ago, the group was awarded the title of "2021 Zhejiang Enterprise Management Benchmarking and Improvement Benchmarking Enterprise" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and only 2 enterprises in Hangzhou have won this honor.
The purpose of Zhejiang Provincial Management Benchmarking and Improvement of Benchmarking Enterprises is to thoroughly implement the requirements of the central and provincial party committees and accelerate the implementation of the "Notice on Carrying out the Benchmarking World-class Management Improvement Action" and the "Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Management Modernization Benchmarking and Improvement Project Action Plan (2021- 2025)” to carry out the evaluation activities. The purpose is to inspire enterprises to benchmark against world-class standards, improve enterprise management systems, enhance enterprise management capabilities, promote enterprise quality and efficiency improvement, and explore enterprise management models and management experience with Zhejiang characteristics.
This review focuses on ten management benchmarking areas such as strategic management, organizational management, innovation management, and digital management, and has 69 indicators in five dimensions: basic normative indicators, business innovation indicators, intelligent manufacturing indicators, humanistic environment indicators, and excellent management indicators. In the end, 20 exemplary companies were selected to become benchmarks for benchmarking.
The group was awarded the "Benchmarking Enterprise for Enterprise Management Benchmarking and Improvement in Zhejiang Province", which is an affirmation of Donghua's enterprise management improvement in the field of chain transmission.
