Donghua chain holds commentator competition
"Dear judges and teachers, welcome to visit the Huaning Road Factory of Donghua Chain." With the opening remarks of the first commentator, on May 18th, the commentator competition jointly organized by the Party Committee and the trade union of the Group kicked off.
The commentator competition consists of three aspects: on-site explanation, theoretical knowledge competition and prescribed explanation content. The judges are composed of two external experts and three internal employees; The lecture venue includes exhibition hall, conveyor chain division, material parts division and transmission chain division. Employees from all departments participated in the competition. They were dignified and generous in dress, natural in expression, vivid in explanation and infectious, and won the praise of the judges.
After the on-site explanation, external experts commented on the dress, etiquette, expression and key points of each interpreter, from which everyone learned a lot of professional knowledge.
Knowledge contests include multiple-choice questions, true-false questions, and solution questions. It is stipulated that the staff should explain the content of the department and the five judges should score it. The top three employees shared their experiences on the spot.
