Approval and release of the first high-end agricultural machinery chain group standard led by Donghua Chain Group
Recently, Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation approved and released the group standard of A960H Heavy Duty Agricultural Roller Chain (hereinafter referred to as A960H Chain) (T/ZJL 0010-2022), which will be implemented from December 20. Donghua took the lead in formulating this group standard of Zhejiang Machinery Federation, and 4 units including Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group participated in drafting it. The standard A960H Chain specifies the main parameters, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and other requirements of A960H heavy-duty agricultural roller chains applicable to all kinds of agricultural machinery.
Previously, Zhejiang Machinery Union held a review meeting for the draft of the A960H Chain standard. The standard review expert group composed of five experts and scholars from Jilin University Chain Drive Research Institute and other units reviewed and approved the standard. The review expert group believed that the content of the standard was correctly described, the level was clear, and the quoted standard was currently valid. The formulation, promulgation and implementation of this standard will help to standardize the design, manufacture and use of A960H heavy-duty agricultural roller chains, promote the technical progress of heavy-duty agricultural roller chains, and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
As the vice president unit of Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation, Donghua actively participated in the development of the first group standard of Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation in 2022. The group standard A960H Chain, which was led by Donghua, is one of the first group standards of Zhejiang Machinery Industry Federation and the only chain drive product standard among them. Through the formulation of this standard, Donghua's excellent agricultural machinery chain innovation achievements have been well standardized, which not only plays a role in expanding the standard product specifications of the American agricultural machinery chain, but also promotes (recommends) A960H agricultural roller chain products to provincial and domestic agricultural machinery host manufacturers, and also accumulates valuable experience for Donghua to participate more and better in the formulation and revision of chain drive group standards in the future.
