Second, the die forging chain


     The die forging chain adopts a detachable chain of bar forging type, which is composed of a chain rod and a pin shaft. The chain rod is forged by die forging or rolling, and the chain rod is divided into a big head, a small head and The shaft is three parts. The characteristics of the chain process are: in the forging process, the fiber structure of the material has a certain strengthening effect: and the surface is treated with a low carbon table process, such as carburizing, which has high surface wear resistance and excellent synthesis. Third, the welding bending chain


      The welded bent chain chain consists of two chain plates, two pins, two sleeves (welded to the chain plate) and four snap rings. A series of curved chain links are composed of pin joints, and the connection between the plate holes and the pin shafts may be an interference fit or a mechanical lock, and the pin shafts and the chain plates are all subjected to special heat treatment for full hardening and partial hardening. Provides maximum impact resistance and optimum wear life, and the chain wings are bolted to the wear squeegee. The chain is sliding friction when engaged with the head gear teeth and on the rails.


      The welded bent chain is characterized by the transport of strong impact and abrasive materials. Able to withstand long-lasting wear and high impact. The problem: high manufacturing requirements for manufacturers. If the surface treatment is not in place, the heat treatment process is not enough, the tempering and stress are not performed after welding, and the selection of the welding wire is not equal, which may easily cause the weld, the chain plate and the pin shaft to break.
